About Cherry Glades

Cherry Glades is a new seniors’ estate in the heart of Manjimup, at Lot 319 Moore Street, that will comprise approximately 50-60 affordable homes. The estate is expected to be developed in five stages, with the first nine houses already completed in December 2019.

Co-ownership scheme

There are limited opportunities at Cherry Glades to apply for home ownership under the co-ownership scheme. The scheme is a fixed shared equity product targeted to people over the age of 65 who meet social housing income and asset eligibility limits.

Under the scheme, eligible seniors can purchase a 65 per cent equity share of the dwelling and Communities will retain a 35 per cent equity share of the product as a silent partner. Contact the Sales Agent for more information about eligibility.
