Following a Cabinet Decision, effective 1 February 2009, the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) ‘Works’ function moved into a division of the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) as Building Management and Works (BMW). All terms and conditions under the original DHW panel arrangement 2007, including pre-determined hourly rates, remain the same under the DTF panel arrangement. |

Engineering The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) has established a panel of engineering and hydraulic services consultants to undertake commissions up to $100,000 fee (GST exclusive) for the following individual Areas of Practice:
This site is for use by architectural firms, appointed to DTF's Architectural Services Panel, to engage sub-consultant engineers and hydraulic service practitioners. Use of DTF's Engineering Panel arrangement for sub-consultant engagement is entirely optional. Firms may apply to the Department at any time to seek pre-registration for additional engineering and / or hydraulic areas of practice (discipline), claim for Registration as a Regional Business, claim for Aboriginal Enterprise and Employment Tendering Preference and / or nominate additional personnel. Panel Members shall notify DTF within seven (7) days if there are changes to key personnel of the Firm, including Associates and Partners, during the currency of the Panel.
