How to Become a Contractor or Supplier

In order to become a Department of Housing contractor or supplier you must be awarded a contract via the WA Tenders Board.

You are encouraged to view the Tenders WA website regularly for upcoming contracts.


Maintenance contractor 

To become a maintenance contractor for the Department of Housing you must be awarded a contract via the WA Tenders Board. For current tenders available visit the Tenders WA website.
 
Alternatively, you may approach the current head contractors to obtain sub contractor work.
 
There are three Contractors operating the ten regions as follows:
  • Transfield Services Australia – Metro South, Metro Southeast , Metro North, Midwest, Pilbara, Great Southern
  • Lake Maintenance Services – Kimberley, Wheatbelt, Goldfields
  • Programmed Facility Management – Southwest.

The Department of Housing is seeking to procure new housing from the market to increase the supply of housing available for social housing rental, regional key workers housing and affordable housing for sale, and is calling for submissions from a range of industry stakeholders in this regard.
