Casuarina is approximately 31 kilometres south of the Perth Central Business District with easy access to the Kwinana Freeway and the Kwinana Train Station via Thomas Road (3km).
It is also located close to numerous employment and education opportunities, along with services and social infrastructure.
The Casuarina development will increase the number of affordable housing opportunities in the southern metropolitan area.
