CANCELLATION POLICY
- All registration cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at housing@debretts.com.au
- A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $75 will be made on cancellations received on/before 31st August 2005. No refund will be made after 1st September 2005.
- Refunds will only be processed after the Conference.
- Accommodation cancellations received after 21st September 2005 will forfeit the first night's deposit or more.
- Accommodation deposits may also be forfeited if the room is not occupied on the requested check-in date.
- The Conference organisers reserve the right to delete or alter items in the Conference program.
- Should the Conference be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of incurred expenses.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
In registering for this Conference relevant details will be incorporated into a Delegate List for the benefit of all delegates and may be made available to parties directly related to the Conference including Sponsors (subject to strict conditions), venues and accommodation providers (for the purposes of room booking and conference options). If you do not wish your details to be made know, please indicate this in the General Notes section when you register.
