2008 Tenant Survey - Results |
| GROH's 2008 Tenant survey was open to all tenants across the state between June 16th 2008 - July 14th 2008. The survey focused on maintenance, quality of housing stock and communication.The results of the survey have now been released and will assist in improving the provision of services to GROH tenants. Following client feedback forums held in the Pilbara by A/Regional Manager Joanne Gordon, GROH has produced an information poster for GROH Tenants. Over the coming months these posters will be distributed to tenant work places across the state. Click here to download a copy of the poster. |

Beyond the Letterbox |
| The Department of Housing is undertaking the biggest ever survey of its housing stock in 2008, including GROH properties. The survey program will start with the oldest properties first and aims to gather a comprehensive picture of all DHW housing stock. The installation of Smoke Alarms and Residual Current Devices also form part of the program. |
