- Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960 (WA) (683kb) which is available from the State Law Publisher web site (see Part VIII of the Act for the swimming pool and spa provisions);
- Building Regulations 1989 (WA) (224kb) which are available from the State Law Publisher web site (see Part 10 of the regulations for the swimming pool and spa provisions); and
- Australian Standard AS1926.1, which is available for purchase from Standards Australia.
